Job Type: Year-round with summers strongest

Hours: Flexible, based on your availability and performance goals

Compensation: Commission-based (earn per item sold) + bonus incentives

About Us:

Beach Town Colors is a new fashion line that captures the distinct vibe and personality of each Florida beach town. Every design is inspired by the sand, surf, and spirit of the local community — telling a story through color, style, and detail. We’re passionate about bringing that beach-town energy to life for both locals and visitors.

We’re looking for outgoing, self-motivated college students — especially women who thrive in creative, people-centered roles — to join our summer team as Sales & Brand Ambassadors.

What You’ll Be Doing:

This isn’t your average retail job — it’s part sales, part networking, part adventure:

• Sell our unique beachwear and gifts directly to customers at markets, beach events, and pop-ups
• Find and approach local boutiques, surf shops, and pop-up events interested in carrying our products
• Share the story behind our brand and products to connect with buyers
• Help set up, display, and promote our collection in-person and on social media
• Represent the Beach Town Colors lifestyle with energy, positivity, and style

We’re Looking For People Who:

• Are friendly, confident, and great at starting conversations
• Have a passion for beach life, fashion, design, or small business
• Have prior retail experience is a plus, but not required
• Can work independently, think creatively, and manage their time
• Are comfortable selling in person and reaching out to new business contacts
• Are reliable, organized, and motivated by results

• Commission for every item sold (the more you sell, the more you earn!)
